Study Recruitment closed

We have recruited 1055 participants, and can now stop recruitment. This is a terrific achievement and we are grateful for efforts of all our participating sites over the last 2+ years. 

Over the next 12 months follow up data collection will continue, and we will maintain contact with the sites throughout this time.  The main follow-up time for the primary outcome 'living at home' is at 6 months, and we will also collect follow-up data on the other outcomes (to include resource use and cost) at 6 months. We will collect data for the primary outcome 'living at home' at 12 months follow-up.
